The maximum size for plush customisation is no more than 20 inches, and the actual size you receive often depends on many factors, including pet type, breed and artistic interpretation. We do not guarantee exact sizes, but you can request a specific size within this range in the ‘Features’ or ‘Notes’ section when placing your order. For other sizes, please contact us.

W&C is handmade. We choose fabrics that are the most eco-friendly for your pet. Our most commonly used materials are polyester and acrylic fibres. Imported wool, acrylic paint, and non-hazardous glass. All materials and components used to create custom pieces meet the strictest safety measures.

However, please note that when you receive your order, you may have to pay duties and taxes in your country of origin, W&C is not responsible for these charges as they are levied by the government of your country.
