Beautiful necklace from W&C. I was gifted one of these after my cat died and it is the most meaningful gift I've ever received. I wear mine every day, and knew I would buy one when I had a friend whose pet passed.

Kate's customer service and commitment to getting it right were fantastic. I ordered a memorial necklace of my cat, and the first attempt did not resemble my cat very well. W&C worked with me to identify which areas needed changes, and they redid the necklace to a much better result (and sent me a proof with the redo). I really appreciate their care and customer care in making this necklace come out right. In the first attempt the black patches in her fur converted digitally to showing the centers of any black as being light-colored. So each black spot was etched as light with a dark ring around it. This wasn't visible to the naked eye in the photo provided (didn't appear to be a glare) but must be in the underlying data. Asking W&C to please match the colors visually to the photo helped with success in the second attempt.
