W&C's product pages are labelled with different sizes. Simply order the size you need. The maximum size for plush customisation is no more than 20 inches, and the actual size you receive often depends on many factors, including pet type, breed and artistic interpretation. We do not guarantee exact sizes, but you can request a specific size within this range in the ‘Features’ or ‘Notes’ section when placing your order. For other sizes, please contact us.

W&C is handmade. We choose fabrics that are the most eco-friendly for your pet. Our most commonly used materials are polyester and acrylic fibres. Imported wool, acrylic paint, and non-hazardous glass. All materials and components used to create custom pieces meet the strictest safety measures.

Due to the fact that each design is different, on the product page we will mark the fabric of the garment.

Yes, you can customise any category except plush customised products. Such as portrait clothing, necklaces, portraits, etc.

Yes, we support anyone anywhere to customise our products. We support credit card payment. However, please note that when you receive your order, you may have to pay duties and taxes in your country of origin, W&C is not responsible for these charges as they are levied by the government of your country.
