They did a great job. They sent me a picture and the color wasn’t correct. It needed to be darker. They went back to fix it and showed me another picture and I told them how Ana ing it looked. I am very pleased with my custom cat plushie! The seller was responsive and communicative. The plushie was done within the time frame stated, and shipping was super fast - I got it much sooner than expected! The seller reproduced my cat’s markings and eye color very well. The only thing that’s “off” is the cat’s proportions - my actual cat is longer and slimmer, and has smaller paws. But these are small issues that do not really detract from how delighted I am with this plushie.
