1. What is a customized plush pet?
Custom plush pets are handmade by our artisans using appropriate eco-friendly materials based on your uploaded pet's photo.
2. Are all animals customizable?
Yes, all animals can be customized.
3. What is the size of the customization?
There are usually different sizing options on the product detail page, so if you're not sure or don't understand, please email us and ask!

Absolutely, in fact, we encourage more pet parents to come up with their own ideas for us to implement!
6. What should the submitted image look like?

7. Can I change my pet once my subscription has started?
Changes to customized objects are not supported after the order is started, we will confirm the final proposal with you via email. It is important to note that if we contact you twice by email or text message and do not receive a reply, we will make it based on the best photo.
8. Do you support international orders?
Yes, we support international orders. Please note that your country may require you to pay customs fees upon receipt of your order, these fees are charged by the government of your country and woofandcat is not responsible for them.
9. Advance preparation and customization cycle
All customization categories typically require a 4-8 week production lead time, so if you want to surprise someone, plan ahead for a customization date. You can select the appropriate expedited service through the payment page. Please note that shipping dates are not included.
