Photo Requirements for Customization:

  1. Capture Clear Angles:

    • Provide high-resolution photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, underside (belly), and tail.
    • Highlight any distinct markings, scars, or unique features (e.g., fur patterns, eye color).

  2. Special Features:

    • If your pet has specific traits (e.g., a crooked tail, asymmetrical ears), ensure they are clearly visible in the photos.

  3. No Clear Photos? No Problem!

    • If you’re unable to provide clear images, leave it to us! We’ll use your descriptions to recreate your pet’s likeness as accurately as possible.

  4. Additional Notes:

    • Include your pet’s name and date (e.g., birthdate or memorial date) in the submission.
    • Our artisans will select the best reference photos for the final design.

  5. Confirmation Process:

    • Before production begins, we’ll email or text you to confirm the design.
    • Important: If we don’t receive a response after two follow-ups, we’ll proceed with the most accurate design based on available materials.
  6. About color difference: Because of the monitor problem, the color of the photo will be slightly different, please try to upload high-resolution pictures for us to identify the real color of the customized objects.
